Leadership Development seminar

In 1996 I participated as a member of an in-house team of colleagues
from various disciplines within our firm. Our objective was to design
and build a new Advanced Leadership Development Program that would
be tailored to the needs within our firm. We were supported in these
efforts by a consultant, Peg Skarrow and drawing on her considerable
skills and experience we created a 5-day course. This course was
outstanding. Much of the success was due to the individuals that
Peg Skarrow selected to present the various segments and the guidance
and energy that she brought to her role as our consultant.
